Shipping policy

Free Shipping is offered on orders over $75 with the following exclusions:

Products excluded from free shipping: Custom Gift Boxes, Intuitive Spa Boxes, Gift Boxes, Origin Skincare Sets, Gallon Size Products.

Regions excluded from free shipping: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands.

Orders are shipped carbon neutral whenever possible with the most economical option via USPS or UPS unless an expedited shipping method is selected and paid for at checkout.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed, please note that we do not ship orders Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

We currently do not ship to locations outside the US.
