NOVEMBER REFLECTIONS

November is a month of gathering and grounding. It can also be a month of depletion and intense social engagements. I lean into my inner voice this month, reminding myself to slow down and seek moments of solitude to recharge so that my time with others is more fulfilling. I hope you make space to care for yourself this month while also basking in your community.
