AUGUST IS SUCH A BITTERSWEET MONTH for me, IT'S THOSE LAST FEW DROPS OF SUMMER FREEDOM INTERTWINED WITH anticipation of a new season. 
Somehow in AUGUST, the sky is bluer, the TOMATOES bigger, and our soul more playful. We hope you soak in every minute of sunshine in PREPARATION for the transition onto fall.

Butterfly Antioxidant smoothie bowl

 

Start off your day with an anti-inflammatory smoothie bowl rich in Antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins.

 

BLEND TOGETHER

1/3 Cup Coconut Water

1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple

1 Frozen Bananas

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1/2 Tablespoon Blue Butterfly Pea Powder

 

 

TOPPINGS

Mango

Coconut

Honey
